6000 sf, in construction

Rebecca was Project Designer at Lowney Architecture for this innovative vision in which restaurant, market and commercial bakery interlock and entwine, and together result in a low-waste symbiotic food-service system.

We partially demolished the existing, long-vacant, u-shaped building, drew a new atrium across the former courtyard, and created a roof deck for visiting guests. We intentionally moderated volume and light to bring the outside in, both through massive storefronts and operable skylights, as well as with plentiful greenery and earth-planted indoor trees.
